1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the lu9 website accessible at lu9.bet and any associated mobile-optimised pages, services, or features operated under the lu9 brand.
• "Player" / "User" means any natural person aged 21 or above who has registered a verified account on lu9 and uses the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon registration, used to access all lu9 services and to maintain a BDT balance.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's lu9 account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits granted by lu9 that are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, casino, live casino, instant game, and promotional services made available on the Platform.
• "Stake" means the amount of real-money balance wagered on a single bet or game round.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet through on eligible games before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1  To register and use lu9, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person acting on your own behalf; (c) not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law; (d) not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of any employee of lu9 or its affiliated entities.

2.2  Registration requires you to provide a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid payment method registered in your own name. lu9 reserves the right to decline any registration application without giving reasons.

2.3  Each Player is strictly limited to one account on the Platform. If lu9 identifies that a Player holds more than one account — whether under the same identity, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — all accounts may be permanently suspended and all balances, including winnings, may be forfeited without notice.

2.4  lu9 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Management

3.1  You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with any third party. lu9 support staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances.

3.2  You must notify lu9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Until such notice is received, lu9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access.

3.3  You may request account closure at any time by contacting lu9 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method following identity verification.

3.4  lu9 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. In such cases, lu9 may withhold balances pending investigation.

4. Deposits

4.1  lu9 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum single deposit is ৳500. lu9 does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.2  Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may be reversed. Any funds deposited from an ineligible source may be withheld pending investigation.

4.3  lu9 is not responsible for any delays in deposit crediting caused by third-party payment providers, network outages, or banking processing times. If a deposit is not credited to your account within two hours, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

4.4  lu9 reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits per transaction, per day, or per month. Individual account limits may also be applied where responsible gaming tools have been activated by the Player or applied by lu9.

5. Withdrawals

5.1  Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, provided that method supports outbound transfers. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal amount for verified accounts in good standing, though processing times may be longer for large amounts.

5.2  Standard withdrawal processing time is 10 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days. These are indicative timelines; lu9 does not guarantee processing within these windows during periods of high volume or technical maintenance.

5.3  Withdrawals will only be processed after identity verification (KYC) has been completed. lu9 may request additional documentation for withdrawals above ৳50,000 or where unusual activity has been detected on the account.

5.4  Bonus balance and winnings generated solely from bonus balance are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw a balance subject to active wagering requirements may result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

5.5  lu9 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, a breach of these Terms, or an ongoing investigation. Players will be notified of any delay and given an estimated resolution timeline where possible.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1  lu9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All promotions are subject to specific terms stated at the point of offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

6.2  Unless otherwise stated, bonus offers are available to Bangladesh-based players who have completed identity verification and made at least one qualifying deposit. Bonuses are credited to the Player's Bonus Balance and are not immediately withdrawable.

6.3  Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement within their validity window will be automatically removed from the account without notice.

6.4  lu9 reserves the right to revoke a bonus and any associated winnings if it determines that the Player has: (a) provided false information; (b) engaged in bonus abuse including but not limited to pattern betting to exploit wagering requirements; (c) violated any provision of these Terms; or (d) used more than one account to claim the same offer.

6.5  lu9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform and will not affect offers already in progress unless exceptional circumstances require it.

7. Betting Rules

7.1  A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by lu9's system with a unique bet reference number. lu9 is not responsible for bets that fail due to connectivity issues on the Player's side.

7.2  lu9 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) a palpable error in odds has been made; (b) the event to which the bet relates is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise altered in a manner that affects the validity of the market; (c) the bet was placed after the event has started in a pre-match market; or (d) the integrity of the event is in question.

7.3  In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice at lu9's sole discretion. Bets placed after market suspension will be voided.

7.4  lu9 sets its own odds and maximum stake limits. The Platform reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any account at its sole discretion, including where a Player has been identified as a professional or advantage bettor.

7.5  Cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures follows international cricket betting rules. For multi-leg accumulator bets, if one or more legs are voided, the accumulator is recalculated using the remaining valid legs. A single-leg void reduces to a straight single.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1  lu9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from within your account: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 months), and self-exclusion (minimum 6 months, up to permanent).

8.2  Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Any attempt to re-register during an active self-exclusion period constitutes a breach of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1  All content on the lu9 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game graphics, software, and the overall design — is the intellectual property of lu9 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2  Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, republish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written permission of lu9.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1  lu9 provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Platform does not warrant that access to lu9 will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. lu9 is not liable for any loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising from use of the Platform.

10.2  lu9's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim under these Terms will not exceed the amount of funds held in that Player's account at the time the claim arises.

10.3  lu9 is not liable for any losses incurred by a Player as a result of: (a) the Player's gambling decisions; (b) unauthorised access to the Player's account where the Player has not maintained adequate password security; (c) technical failures on the Player's device or internet connection; or (d) force majeure events.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

11.1  lu9 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on lu9, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

11.2  lu9 uses industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmissions. Player financial data is not stored on lu9 servers; payment processing is handled by certified third-party payment gateways.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1  lu9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
